It’s hard to start again when you have stopped blogging for a long time.  Despite many posts being written in my head over the past few weeks, I have not come here.   It gets harder the longer you leave it.  Your readers dwindle, your comments are all spam, and you wonder if anyone misses you.

So here I am, saying nothing profound. I’ll just dip my toes in here and show you how my house is looking in the spring.  While I have been gone, I’ve been to Canada, met the wonderful Jamie Ridler, saw a friend get married, been sick a couple of times, and made a whole new plan for how I am going to create my wings.  I’ll tell you all about it soon, but for now it’s nice to be back.
